In previous stations, COs and Project Leads have cited Ararhiq as a competent scientist whose inherently passionate and suspicious nature has contributed to a strong sense of duty and justice, a pension for inquiry over thoughtless acquiescence, and a sometimes unyielding attitude. She is documented as having great zeal for her work and, while she has learned the value in rest over her time in Starfleet and adjacent institutions, it is not unprecedented for her to be consumed by her scientific pursuits. (This is especially true when they involve chemistry, biosystems design, and for some inexplicable reason, algae.) Furthermore, Ararhiq has been cited as approaching teamwork with a collaborative attitude, but early assignments has pointed to a difficulty in communicating her ideas in a way that does not come off as critical or dismissive. Physical Description: Ararhiq stands at above average height for her species with a slender built and narrow, deceivingly fragile musculature that doesn’t seem to fully connect to her partial exoskeleton. Her skin is a deep blue marked by occupational scarring and the occasional blemish. Ararhiq face is framed by symmetrical crests above her amber eyes that blend into the pair of antennae that curve upward in a subtle ‘c’ shape. She keeps her hair long and tied in a tight braid, often wrapped around the crown of her head to keep it regulation.
Innate Characteristics: high metabolism, at risk for phase-pulse infection, high environmental tolerance, intramuscular injection is required as intravenous injection is impossible.

TRIVIA
- In her free time, Ararhiq creates stained glass sculptures with reclaimed glass pieces individually dyed and soldered. She has collected glass pieces from every project she has ever consulted upon.
- Ararhiq’s parents are artists, the most notable of which is Shrelal, who sings for the Andorian Opera in their winter performances. Her other parents consist of a painter, a dancer, and a seamstress.
- She keeps a pair of moss balls in her quarters. They are well cared for and given seltzer water every few weeks.
