His night was filled with deep thought and contemplation, he had completely dissected the entire incident from his arrival on OED to the conversation with the governor, he put his thoughts into writing which now formed the first draft of the Strategic Framework for Interstellar Synergy: Facilitating Collaborative Excellence and Benefit Realization between Starfleet and OED. As he finished before settling down for sleep he drafted a small note to some personnel within the Starfleet contingent.
