Pawl was walking down the corridor as he got closer to sickbay. He did not care at this time to read the mission briefing, but he knew he had to do it with a sigh. As he entered his auteriszation code to gain access to the padd. As he started to read the data as he entered sickbay and he moved to the nurses’ station to sign in to be seen. As he took a seat in a chair, sighing hard. He was already missing the ex-captain greatly. Pawl shook the situation off as he waited quietly to be called, and he also continued reading the padd.

The Engineering Brief scrolled down the padd. :

Security Division

Conduct boarding operations on the derelict vessel with hazard teams.

Protect research teams from potential threats — including possible hostile scavengers or pirates drawn to the Rift.

Maintain perimeter security due to incursion alerts from an aggressive non-Federation faction (e.g. Tzenkethi, Breen, or an original faction).

Evaluate anomalous sensor readings for potential cloaked vessels or subspace stealth threats.

“Hello Mr Batario. What seems to be the matter?” he asked Pawl.

“Good to see you, Ensign. I was ordered here to get a check-up up making sure all is ok.” PAwl said with sincerity. “I am just feeling out of sorts. But I believe it is that Captain Tagart left so quickly. It is almost as bad as losing one’s soul and purpose. from the captain moving on unexpectedly. ” Pawl said with a straight face.
