They had been cloaked for a few days now, and soon the Chernov would reach the Klingon border. Still in Federation space, on a clandestine mission, the Chernov travelled at a mid-low warp speed. Having just passed Nausicaa, the Chernov would shortly pass Yridia. Things were quiet on the bridge, yet on this instance, the bridge duties of all of the senior crew were such that everyone was scheduled to be on the bridge.

Kastarak took the opportunity to review the flight plan with the crew to determine the best place to cross into Klingon space and how to move through Klingon space to Husqvarna coordinated.

“Suggestions, gentlemen?” he asked.

Chris came onto the bridge by stepping off the turbolift. Taking a sip of coffee from his ever present mug he came up to them. “Report please?”

A whistle announced the captain’s arrival, and Kastarak rose from his seat.

“Captain,” he said, “We are travelling on autopilot, low-warp speed. We have passed Nausicaa a three minutes ago. In a few hours, we will pass Yridia. We will reach the Klingon border in about four days. We meet to review the flightplan across the border into Klingon space. I ask all my colleagues for suggestions.”

“Roger that. Thank you.” Chris says as he took another sip of his coffee.

Symar sat at the medical station on the Bridge, listening intently to any information he was about to recieve.

-Lieutenant Symar: Chief Medical Officer-

Pawl entered the bridge moments later. “Where do you wish me to be at? Helm or Engineering station?Sir.” as he stood next to the lift as the doors closed.

“Engineering, for now, Mr Batario” Kastarak replied. “It is more important that all systems are in check, especially the cloaking throughout our warp. We’re on autopilot for now.”

“aye, sir!” Pawl said calmly. As he moved towards the Engineering Station. As he took a seat and started running checks on all systems without interfering with system operations.

Dawson manned the tactical station and divided his attention between the scans and Kastarak.

Autopilot, in Klingon space, certainly a choice, Symar thought to himself.

William put up a 2D image of the Klingon Federation Border showing their current course and ETA on the viewscreen and stood up from his Science station holding a PaDD to control the visuals “I’ve been reviewing some data, Right here is Space Station K-7, it’s a heavily trafficked area” he said marking the station “This is the Archanis sector that was recently relinquished to the Federation. My suggestions are to either go in between the Archanis Sector and the heavy traffic of K-7 or here between Archanis and the Quonos Sector, that area should be more heavily patrolled but the cloak should allow us to travel without being considered an oddity” The map showed two lines splitting from their current trajectory.

“Thank you, Mr Grey. Gentlemen, any other comments or suggestions?”

“Nothing from me sir,” Dawson said, trying to sound more confident than he felt.

“I believe everything has been covered. sir!” Pawl responded from the engineering station

“I don’t believe I could come up with something better,” Symar said, “My Romulan side is ashamed.”

“Very well,” Kastarak said, “we will go by Mr Grey’s plan.”
