Open Media and Associated Press(OMAP) Industries has the reputation of being one of the galaxys most successful companies in PR and entertainment endeavors. We’re currently recruiting for an outstanding Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide the highest level of administrative and clerical support for the CEO.

Main job responsibilities include the ability to perform various administrative duties, daily meeting preparations, complex calendar management, composition and tracking of correspondence, screening calls, and maintaining corporate records. Other job responsibilities includes, but is not limited to, high level complicated travel planning and execution skills, home management, pet management, vendor management, and tracking of costs/credits/refunds. The ideal candidate will have strong references and a proven track record for longevity in a personal assistant position.

The candidate needs to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and the ability to return to work at a moment’s notice. The position demands 24/7 full-time commitment of the applicant. As you’ll be working with a very busy and a demanding partner, being self-motivated with strong independent judgment is crucial. Professional, polished, prioritization under pressure, maintenance of confidentiality, and punctuality, are the hallmark characteristics we are looking for in our applicant.

Becca Bauer read the advertisement one more time and straightened her shoulders. She knew she had this job in the bag. Her degree was in business and after a day at the SPA she was a dead ringer for Aedan’s fiancee with a blonde bob and matching blue eyes. While she was not thrilled to be a blonde, if Aedan liked it so be it. Becca also had shown up an hour early because rumor had it Aedan often arrived at 0800 hours. Tossing her hair over one shoulder, Becca glanced at the time and watched the door waiting to be called back for her interview. She wanted to be the first thing Mr. Teller saw as he entered his office which was why she chose this particular chair.

Coming in, was not as expected Aedan Teller, but Jessica Adams. Jessica was dressed professional, with a hint of sass as she walked in. She sat down across from Becca as she looked her over. “No, next.” was all that was said. She knew what Aedan needed, and she was not it in any way. She wasn’t even going to bother with whatever this woman wanted to try and pull.

“And next time honey, try not to look like trash… none of that matched.” Adams added as she waved her away. The doors opened and two arm guards came in behind her immediately.
