Aedan was born in London on Earth. He didn't know his family, instead growing up in orphanage after orphanage. Aedan from a young age knew how to gather information and charm his way out of any trouble he got. As he got older her left Earth on a freighter, doing whatever he could to survive. His natural charms, street smarts, and intelligence got him to become a information broker for some shady individuals of the galaxy. He spent years cheating money out of everyone he could, selling lies and secrets to get to the biggest position a swindler could get to, owner and CEO of OMAP Entertainment. He has since retreated from the shadows and become a more respectable individual, his networks, shows, reports, and entertainment he sold to everyone in the galaxy made him wealthier than he could have imagined. Despite this, old habits do die hard, and much of his old resources got an upgrade with his privatized military he used to protect him and trade in secrets and galactic scales. His name maybe news worthy, but his deeds were scandalous.

Little is known about Aedan, he arrived on OED V two years ago, but has made little effort to cause problems until recently. He has somehow acquired one of the more luxurious apartments in the residential districts, as well as other amenities he seems to surround himself with. His last arrest was on a fight in one of the local taverns, but he has never been found for anything serious as of yet. Despite this the department needs to keep an eye on him, for all his charm and good looks something seems... off.
