We’re currently recruiting for an outstanding Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide the highest level of administrative and clerical support for the CEO.

Main job responsibilities include the ability to perform various administrative duties, daily meeting preparations, complex calendar management, composition and tracking of correspondence, screening calls, and maintaining corporate records. Other job responsibilities includes, but is not limited to, high level complicated travel planning and execution skills, home management, pet management, vendor management, and tracking of costs/credits/refunds. The ideal candidate will have strong references and a proven track record for longevity in a personal assistant position.

The candidate needs to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and the ability to return to work at a moment’s notice. The position demands 24/7 full-time commitment of the applicant. As you’ll be working with a very busy and a demanding partner, being self-motivated with strong independent judgment is crucial.
