A short time passed, enough for Talyn to have the information. =/\=The intruder appears to be a gastropod which has been taken to the science labs. I don’t believe there is any threat now.=/\= She caught the eye of a bridge officer and made a slicing motion across her throat. Cut the Red Alert. The klaxons stopped abruptly and everyone sighed with relief.

Entering the bridge Jonathan nodded at the XO then at Vanhall. “My wife thinks there is a presence here, an unseen one… maybe locations won’t be found easy.” he said as he came over to a nearby station and began looking at some read outs.

Reez, CoP

This was right on the heels of her cancelling the Red Alert. Kree was on her feet immediately. “What do you mean ‘a presence’?” She walked over to Reez. “Where did she sense it? Did she pick up on an emotion? Does she think its dangerous?”

While she waited for an answer, “Rescind that last order. Red Alert, but silence the klaxons on the bridge.” =/\=Lt Vanhall, Kree here. Cmdr Reez has just informed me that his wife has sensed a presence on the ship. Apparently the intruder isn’t the gastropod. I believe that was just a coincidence. Send teams to all sensitive areas and begin a deck by deck search for…we don’t know exactly what we’re looking for, but get your people moving. Look for anything out of the ordinary.=/\=

A few moments later, and the security console on the bridge would show three teams of two, almost the Ogawa’s entire security contingent, moving to search the ship. Team 1, Vanhall and Haven, were assigned Decks 4, 3, 2 and 1. Team two would take 5, 6 and 7, and team 3 was searching decks 8, 9 and 10.

Lt Vanhall, CoS

Najma stood up and dusted off her uniform. “I think I will head to the lab to check on the scientistsand the gastropod situation.” She said as she looked from side to side as she spoke, an indication of her deception. She really intended to the lounge for a drink. “Commander, I will be on comm…if you need me.” Then she bolted off the bridge.

Moreino- CSO

As Moreink made her beeline for the exit Willow entered. PaDD I’m hand she spotted the scientist and waved her hand. “Lieutenant excellent timing, this PaDD contains the biosigniture of the Gastropod in the lab. Please feed it into the computer and initiate a ship wide scan. Coordinate with security to help us pinpoint the other creatures if there is any.” She waved the woman back onto the bridge.

“Of course Captain, you give the orders and I gladly follow them as I am sworn to do…” said Najma with sarcastic enthusiasm as she reluctantantly took the PaDD from the captain and headed back to her station. She had really been looking forward to getting that drink.
Najma uploaded the feed into the computer, initiated the scan and then contacted security by comm. =/\= Lieutenant Vanhall, Lieutenant Haven I am commencing a scan of the ship to locate the presence and any other lifeforms. Please standby for results.=/\=

Taking the Center seat willow looked at the NE at helm. “NE Driver full stop. Commander Reez did I hear you mention your wife sensed something?” She asked turning to look at the CoP
