Hello all,
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to those of you who might not know me. I’m D Grisham and I’ve been in and out of STF (mostly IN) for the last 25 years or so. I’ve served in many roles, CO, XO, CNS, CMO, numerous JOs and positions behind the scenes, so I do have some experience. I have already chosen an XO who is a very reliable and amazing poster, Chris Taylor, and I’ve been told there is a GMT ready to start with us. I’m interested in opinions here. What do you all think about the sim? Do you want to keep playing through it even though we will be taking on several new players who know nothing about it, or would you like to start over with something new?

I am quite content to discuss anything about the ship, the crew or how we play, with anyone, so just message me in discord (Koala) or contact me through the club. I want to know what the majority feels would be a positive move for the Ogawa. Also, please at least post your name under this thread so I know you read it, and let me know if you want to continue on the ship. I understand that you had Linds and she was very talented and a wonderful writer, and now you have someone else. The decision is your own and I will honor it with no hard feelings. Its just I need to know what positions I have to fill in order for the ship to run smoothly.

Over the next 5 to 7 days, I hope to have everything in order so that we can get over this hiccup in posting. From what I’ve read, everyone is expected to post every 5 days, so that is what we must do. I will be keeping an eye on the AWOLs, so avoid them if you can. However, if you need to take an LOA, you can post that yourself or ask me or Chris to do it for you. I appreciate your patience while we get up to speed.

Now to introduce myself , I’m Chris Taylor, I was a member of this club back in 99ish , I held numerous positions including CO ,XO, CSO and COS , I came back to the club last year where I started from the beginning again including going through the academy, I currently have 5 characters including this one, One is a COS on the Merrimack as an Andorian , which has been interesting to say the least , He is my first Andorian and on a TOS ship no less, plus a Vulcan that is a Chief Diplomatic Officer and a Helm/Ops character and an Ensign(the one I went through the academy with).

As D already mentioned please stay within the AWOL limit of 5 days or feel free to let us know so we can put you on LOA, I will be watching hehe. if you have any questions feel free to contact me either through STF contact or my name is Billdoor on discord, I will warn you I am English therefore Uk timezone, so don’t be put off if I don’t reply straight away depending on the time of course.
