As Moreino made her beeline for the exit Willow entered. PaDD I’m hand she spotted the scientist and waved her hand. “Lieutenant excellent timing, this PaDD contains the biosigniture of the Gastropod in the lab. Please feed it into the computer and initiate a ship wide scan. Coordinate with security to help us pinpoint the other creatures if there is any.” She waved the woman back onto the bridge.

“Of course Captain, you give the orders and I gladly follow them as I am sworn to do…” said Najma with sarcastic enthusiasm as she reluctantantly took the PaDD from the captain and headed back to her station. She had really been looking forward to getting that drink.

Willow watched her a moment an eyebrow quirked but said nothing. There would be time for that later.

Najma uploaded the feed into the computer, initiated the scan and then contacted security by comm. =/\= Lieutenant Vanhall, Lieutenant Haven I am commencing a scan of the ship to locate the presence and any other lifeforms. Please standby for results.=/\=

Taking the Center seat willow looked at the NE at helm. “NE Driver full stop. Commander Reez did I hear you mention your wife sensed something?” She asked turning to look at the CoP

Najma sat there with one hand on her forehead as she waited for the scan to complete.

Moreino- CSO

“Headache Lieutenant?” Willow asked without looking at the science station. NE Givesthings handed her a PaDD with the shipment information she had requested and a copy of the counter stock on board. She frowned and looked at both results almost demanding something leap out at her with the answers something too obvious to ignore hopefully. Like a house elf dancing naked wearing a teacozy.

“You have no idea,” she mumbled under her breath as she continued inputting the data for the scan.

Moreino would see very quickly when the results showed a matching bio sign in Secondary Sickbay on Deck 2.

As far as the cargo went, it looked like a total of eight containers had been mistakenly placed on the Ogawa while at Starbase 157 and two of those were marked as being from the USS Vincennes, whom had confirmed that they got some of the Ogawa’s cargo too. At least one of those containers was partially emptied during inventory and stocking proceedings shortly after leaving base.

As the results beeped in Najma sat up to study them. “Captain, it seems I have a connecting bio signature in the secondary sickbay on Deck 2. Should I go ahead and alert security now? We should probably alert the medical officers as well, considering the location, Sir.

“Noted Lieutenant contact both security and medical.”

Najma nodded. “Lieutenant Vanhall, Commander O’Keefe. We have located an unknown bio signature in secondary sickbay. Vanhall, Captain would like you and your officers to proceed to area and investigate. O’Keefe please ensure sickbay is quarantined until security arrives. Please update the bridge on your status as soon as area is secured.”

Willow frowned at the information and looked around at the officer on communications. “Can we contact the USS Vincennes?” She asked

An NE confirmed that the Vincennes was still at Starbase and in contact range.

An alert chimed notifying the bridge that a bio-contamination field had been erected around Secondary Sickbay, which meant no one could enter or leave until it was cleared.

Ic: Willow looked at the comm Officer. “Get me the Vincennes I want to talk to who ever is in command.” As she finished the alert on sickbay flashed. =^= Taylor to secondary sickbay. Doctor Scott, what’s going on?=^=

=/\= Captian I have quarantined sickbay. There is a substance that has appeared and we are trying to ascertain if it toxic. Administering biological and environmental scans now. May I suggest that you set up a secondary sick bay just in case,=/\= Ally suggested.

Willow caught herself mid sigh, another issue. =^= Understood, primary sickbay will ensure no patients are sent to the secondary sickbay at this time, keep me updated with the results. Do you need additional support.=^= she said.

Maybe you could send a science team down here =/\= Ally said as she followed the trail of whatever the substance was across sickbay and to a small corner next to a biobed. =/\=I’m not sure what it is but maybe,=/\= she started to say but instantly flashed back to a horror film of her youth. Aliens Face Suckers with Trigourney Beaver has scared the heck out of her as a kid. There was no way Ally was going to fall prey to something like that. =/\=Quick give me your femur bone Dr, Black. I need to see how it moves and it is not like you have any tissue that can be damaged,=/\= Ally said snapping her fingers. If they had been in the woods or such, she would have gently prodded it with a stick but lacking any broken bits of trees the closest thing was Dr. Black’s femur which was the longest bone in the human body. She could also use the bone as a bat if the greyish blob decided to launch for her face.

She glanced at the science station. “Lieutenant is it likely that the substance has come from the second creature?”

“I would not know Commander. I have not had contact with the creature. However I will reach out to my science officer to find out.” Najma did not want anything to do with the creature(s) and hoped that it could remain that way. “Moreino to Tressex please provide a status update on the creature that is currently in your custody. Also there seems to be a second creature and it has left a trail…of something in secondary sickbay can we contain it and determine if there is a connection between the two creatures?”

The confusion of what she was hearing had to be put aside for now. =^= Taylor to Security. The second creature has been located at secondary sickbay. The sickbay is on lockdown Proceed with caution to that location.=^=
