The Comms panel lit up as the enunciator began to chime.

They were being hailed by Station Operations.

NE Kenneth glanced up toward the officer on duty, “Incoming communication.”

The CIC duty officer looked up from what they were doing, “What’s the frequency?”

NE Kenneth responded, “The station is hailing us.”

Looking around and noting that the senior staff was still assembled in the conference lounge the CIC officer stood up and straightened their uniform. “Alright, on screen.”
