All phaser lockers and access points have been inventoried and secured, and departmental personnel are current on their duty certifications and drills.
“Additionally, preliminary scans indicate no unauthorized presence aboard or in adjacent sectors. I will continue monitoring for potential threats and provide updates at your direction. All incidents and routine checks are logged in the departmental security records for review.”
