It was 0900 hours and in the CSO’s office Lt Frogue would have a beep at his command console for the rest of the science department. Odd power spikes were being registered in general science lab 3 just down the hall!

With the beep on the console, Lt. Frogue rose from his chair and order the NE Ensign Science officer and headed to lab. Upon arrival Lt. Frogue and his team started scanning.

Coming into general science lab 3 they found NE Bunsen around one of the work tables with some kind of conglomeration of machinery and tubes connected to the table which was sparking a little bit from junction connectors. Bunsen didn’t seem to notice the new arrivals.

Walking into the science lab Lt. Frogue and the NE Ensign looked at each other. Then the NE Ensign asked, “Excuse me, only authorized personnel can be in here.”

NE Bunsen looked up in confusion from his experiment, “..Uh I am authorized to be here sir? I’m in your department, NE Bunsen. I’m working on my current science project for proving or disproving the theory of Valden’s string theory on temporal travel.” He said.

Lt. Frogue then responded, “Please tell us more....this sounds iffy to me. Also, these experiments must be authorized by myself. Now, again, please tell me more.”
