Hey guys. Just wanted to say that I’m happy to be the new XO on board the Ark Angel. However, I’ve noticed that the majority of us have been AWOL. I know that IRL has been taking a toll on most of us. I get it. But some of ya guys are like a little over, which of course is not a problem. What I want to see is having this ship to still be a good ship where people can come and join the vessel and have fun. I’ve made the https://www.star-fleet.com/core/stf1/arkangel/posts/273682/, which of course is a Side sim. I wanted to make sure everyone has a chance to do something while we figure out what we are going to do. But we can’t do that when the majority of us are AWOL. I just wanted to make sure that everyone knows and remembers that we are a 3/5/7 vessel. Hopefully, we will be able to start engaging with each other. Like I said, I get it, IRL stuff can get in the way, I get it. I get that most of us, if not all of us, have jobs. But I do want to see these AWOLs go down and be back to being green on the board all the way. I just want everyone to know that I’m here for you guys. If you guys ever want to talk IC or OOC, whichever way you want to do it. Go for it. Create a post for an IC post for me or whoever. Or even bring it up to me or Captain Donoghuei in emails for our contact section, or even on Discord. I want to make this ship a good place once cadets graduate from the academy. However, we can’t do that if we’re all going AWOL. I want to help ensure that this ship remains in the healthiest state possible. Heck, if you don’t have time right away, you go ahead and put in a LOA informing me or Captain Donoghuei about it, and we’ll understand. Hope everyone is doing great and doing alright as we go into the summer season.
