Medical Record: When Cadet Locke was a child he was very sickly. He suffered from decreased immune response, so he would contract almost every sickness going around. He was also some what anemic and would need a blood transfusion ever so often. He also suffered from frequent migraines. These illnesses caused him to have to be home schooled because they would sometimes keep him out of public school. With the aid of various doctors and prescription medications, he was able to greatly recover from these illnesses. Because of this he is a little afraid of getting to the doctor. He still has a little bit of anemia, but does not have to have frequent transfusions. The only hindrance is that he can’t give blood and he bleeds a little bit more than usual when he is wounded. Despite all of this he tries to stay fit by exercising as often as possible so that these serious illnesses do not return.

Mental History:The only mental anomaly is that he is afraid of going to the doctor.
