Hinky the Risan Parrot

Hinky is a member of a long-lived species of sentient Risan parrots. With a near-human intelligence and emotional IQ like that of a high schooler, most Risan parrots spend their time high in the mountain regions of Risa away from the “tourist traps” where a bulk of Risan culture lie.

Perfectly content to live in the breezes of his tropic home, Hinky was whisked away to Oed V by his caretaker, Ditka Starrrr, who’d watched over him since he was a hatchling–much to his dismay.

Personality: Effete and a little sociopathic, Hinky just wants to be loved and adored by all, and maybe be president of Oed V or a roller coaster designer or a fashion mogul.
