USS Dauntless
Main Engineering - Making sure things run smoothly.

After leaving the crew lounge Heather had gone back to her quarters to get some sleep and a bag of blood. By the time morning had come Heather was already in her office in Main Engineering. Unfortunately, the young vampire couldn’t sleep as much as she had hoped and was up before the sun would have been if she’d still been on earth where her family wanted her to remain. She didn’t have to worry about working under those hot UV rays which would usually cause her to dress like it was winter out all year long, which was extremely annoying to say all the same, and yet a necessity because the more exposure to the sun, the more Heather’s kind had to drink from their blood bags.Leaving her office she made her rounds around engineering, not a lot of crew were in right now since it was between beta and alpha shifts. More officers would arrive as the shifts changed, however, this was how Heather liked her shifts. With as, few people around her as possible. Though she did recognize Ensign Whatshisname and Ensign Onthespot were both making their way to duty and finding a console to log in on. So that was good there. Now if she could just get through a shift without someone throwing her into some hairbrained holodeck program that went around in circles verbally then Heather could survive another day. The young woman shook her head scowling at how things had dragged out during the program she had been previously called to and wondered where Mr. Fitzgeraled had gotten off to or was it, Fitzpatrick? Heather shook her head causing red hair to move before her green silver eyes and continued walking through Engineering. Everything was moving smoothly like a well-oiled machine, but the young woman was looking for any signs of tampering or sabotage.

Heather looked around not seeing anyone suspicious but she made her way to the core of the very ship and looked over the status to make sure that it was not tampered with otherwise she would need to contact security and the Captain. Heather frowned as she accessed the console that Fitzpatrick had accessed last time she saw him too go back over his work using her photographic memory to aid her in her search.
