Portable Agony - Part III

Posted by Lieutenant Junior Grade Thomas Shawe (Chief Engineer) in Portable Agony - Part III
Shawe had spent some time with the handheld device now. It was time to do some testing. The Tellarite engineer he had selected a couple of weeks ago fit the bill perfectly, and another EPS failure under his watch was the trigger that he needed. “Get over here,” he ordered the Tellarite as he walked towards the main engineering door. “This time, for messing up, I’ve got something special for you,” he said, “grab him and bring him to Sickbay,” he said to two of the other, more muscular Engineers, getting his own phaser ready to stun him should he try to resist.

OOC: Gonna move this forward a little, as our CMO is LOA atm, that bit can wait.
IC:

The Tellarite heard the word Sickbay and wasn’t sure weather to run or to fight. By the time the choice was made, he was already aprehended. Simon headed into his office and took out the first prototype portable agonizer. It was a modified phaser that used the frequencies that matched the booth’s currents, so that it would be a pin-point effect, rather than the entire body like the booth. He used the phaser’s dispersal beam setting to set just how precise the pain should be, and replaced the phaser packs with smaller versions of the packs used to power the agonizer booths. Once he picked it up, he holstered it behind him, making sure to always keep the Tellarite in front of him on the way to the Sickbay, with the other two Engineers dragging him there.

Shawe remained silent for the journey to the sickbay, his mind wondering about how well this first prototype would go, and not really caring about the loss of the tellarite should something go wrong.
