Aaron kicked his feet up as he leaned back in his chair. Things were finally quiet, and he could finally have a quiet shift. Not to mention he was caught up on paperwork, for now. Instead he could relax for a moment with a cup of coffee, and enjoy the quiet.

Well hopefully it lasted for a bit.

Aaron reached around and grabbed a tricorder. What in the world had just happened.

After a few moments, Ben manually parted the doors separating his office from the main Ops area. He shone a torch around the room takining in the shadows illuminated by its beam.

“Report,” he called as he squeezed through the narrow parting and began heading cautiously to the main command centre. Around him, JOs were passing around torches and other equipment from the lockers.

Ben approached the XO and handed the torch to a JO that was likely to need it more.

“We just lost power on the deck, trying to find out why Captain. Reroute power to the auxiliary systems.”

The com link opened =^= Engineering to med the core just went up in smoke I have some men down ....: rerouted the solor arrays to main power intill we can get thinks fixed =^=

Main power kicked back on thanks to the old solor arrays.

=^= we have a hull Breach in the lower engineering force fields are offline >%^^£€<<% =^= at this time coms were lost and an other Explosion went off in the lower engineering. The alarms were blaring res lights flushing a few engineers rushed out of the deck with burns and cuts the Doors to the engineering deck closed with a few inside including the CE.

The turbolift doors swooshed open to disgorge a slightly disheveled Counselor. Chandel straightened her tunic before stepping out onto the deck. “Sir? I was just stuck in the turbolift and thought I might have heard an explosion. What’s going?”

A Com was barely coming through =^= SOS LT. MiKe aND FeW CRew ALiVE iN OfFiCE #{^{{{£=^= then the com was dead again. One of the engineering officers was standing in front of a sealed Engineering Deck Door “ what the hell what the hell.” He keeps saying over and over.

Aaron cursed as he opened a comm channel to both Medical and Security. =^= Rescue teams to the main power core. We’ve had an explosion, trapped crew and emergency shields are not responding. =^=

“Counselor, can you coordinate getting all civilian personnel to either evacuation centers or their quarters. With main power offline, we don’t want any of them in danger.”

Startled a bit Chandel nodded without speaking as the chaos of the deck whirled around. She turned around to study the turbolift briefly before re entering it. Would it get it her down to the promenade safely she wondered? Only one way to find out…she entered and ordered it to the promenade.

Aaron stood up form his chair and moved around the status board.

Mike was setting on the ground “ ok guys I sent a message I hope the get it” mike Realized he can’t see through his left eye. He moved his hand to his eye and felt his eye Lid closed and no Eye behind his eyelid. “ well that’s not good Who has medical training can someone stop the bleeding my left eye went somewhere”
