Lt. Knight was in a shuttle in warp 3 heading to his new home. He had not been on a star base in a long time. Soon he dropped out of warp and saw the base coming into view =^= ET-05 to Magellan tower Requesting landing =^=

=/\=ET-05, this is Magellan, I’m transmitting a flight holding pattern to you know. Please stand by,=/\= Came the response. There was a hubub of background noise behind the NE’s voice.

After a few moments which seemed like an eternity the NE came back.

=/\=We are experience particularly high volumes of civilian traffic at the moment, however the Captain has authorised you to land in the Trinidad’s shuttle bay. She’s currently docked on the Outer Docking Ring, Dock 2,=/\= Came the NE’s voice. Mike’s nav panel would light up with a short series of nav points and destination.

=/\=The Trinidad is expecting you. The captain is only two docking berths away so will meet you at the airlock,=/\= the NE added.

Mike smiled =^= Roger that Flight pattern update switching to course 66378 =^= mike Entered the new course and the shuttle took control autopilot. At this time he went into the back of the shuttle I start to collect his belongings. The shuttle is his it was an old NX type shuttle. Finally the shuttle landed and Mike disembarked he gets the airlock and punched in the code the door jammed. “Oh no wonder I was sent here” mike pulled some tools out of his bag and in a few minutes of work the Door slid open.

Mike was greeted by a few flashes of a camera before hearing the voice a South African man.

“I was hoping for the XO, but must’ve missed ‘im,” said the Journalist, “I don’t recognise you from the manifest I have, who are you?”

The small hover-cam moved around slightly, keeping the lens on it’s target, a little red light indicating it was recording.
