It was 0513. Of course Ashley would work out that early in the morning. Whether it was Marine discipline or the woman was just a morning person, Avalise was really regretting pushing herself to go along with the idea. She knew Ash would be there working out one way or another, and her own presence was entirely voluntary, but as she walked in dressed in standard issue workout shorts and t-shirt, the station’s COO really wanted nothing more than to turn around and crawl back into her bed for another couple hours.

Too late! What few eager people were there had spotted her. Ashley better be here…

Lt. (j.g) Rendana, COO

Ashley spotted Avalise and smiled “I wasn’t sure you would come hon. I am glad you did… what do you normally work out when you do? What kind of regime your into?” Ahsley said, wearing much to what she had last time found there, tight yoga pants with a loose tank top. “I want to do what you can.”

Williams, Marine CO

Avalise grumbled and gave a mock-glare as she pointed at the marine. “You. Oh five hundred. Ugh.”

Moving closer, Rendana, smirked a little. “You better make it worth my time. There had also better be copious amounts of coffee afterwards.” She gestured to the cardio machines. “I like running… when I’m away. Though I generally always did cross-terrain training on the Harvest Bay. Here it would be a bit more… gruelling with so many decks. I’m happy to stick with the elliptical or treadmill and some core work on the mats. Maybe by then I’ll be more awake,” she grumbled, which sounded more like pouting.

“Good think you are not one of my marines Lieutenant, I don’t know if I could live with so much whining.” Ashley said, teasing her as she walked over to the treadmills. “We can start here, be a good girl for me and I can get you all the coffee you may want doll. Just gotta see what kind of mileage I can get out of you.”
