Meanwhile, down in Sickbay, Dr. Howser had been running himself ragged as the only Dr. onboard the Wolverine. He was currently the acting CMO and couldn’t wait the get a real one in here. He was only 12 years old, and only had the stamina of a per-pubescent teen, after all.
The Wolverine’s medical staff was efficient, but small, so Howser had been putting in extra hours, catvhing bits of sleep whenever he could.
Right now, sickbay was empty and even though he was tired, he was trying his hardest to stay awake to finish some reports. Still, the young boys eyelids were drooping and his head was bobbing up and down, dropping ever lower with each passing second.
