Bryson groaned at the comm exchange. For all he knew, the six of them could have been a sort of trojan horse, but that would be too far of a stretch. “Counselor.....” The XO said, as he approached the woman. “Here’s a hypo that will at least downgrade the pain for a bit....” The Commander stated. Bryson did notice that his pain wasn’t as bad, though he still felt extremely horrible.

XO

Ahearn, CSO

Ayla shifted her neck so he could administer the hypo. “Anything at the moment will be welcome,” she said weakly. “We should get to Sickbay, but I worry about contaminating more of the ship. Maybe the ready room is a better option?” They wouldn’t have to go far, the room cold be sealed and there were facilities and a replicator there. It was the best option in her mind under the circumstances.”

Lt. Sharise, CNS

“Best to make you’selves comfy in dere. As comfy as possible, I s’pose,” Remy replied. He rose from his seat and moved toward Ayla. He knelt down beside her and said quietly, “let me ‘elp you, cher. In dis instance, you don’t ‘ave to show de crew ‘ow strong you are.”

Boudreaux (CO)

Bryson knew the Ready Room was a cramped space, but it did hold a small couch and the table could double as a bed, though very uncomfortable. “I’m just hoping the Doc can fix this mess.” The XO stated, making his way over to the ready room .

Erin (XO)

“Sir, ship sensors show that the containment is already airborne across the ship,” said the NE at Ops, “Going to the Ready Room at this point would be… not very useful.”

Remy sighed and drooped his head in frustration. “Of course,” he said to no one in particular.

“Then we might as well go to Sickbay and let them treat us. I can probably help a little, but it’s not exactly my area of expertise.

Right before the mention of containment and airborne was when Petrov stepped off the lift. He eyeballed the look on peoples face and then slowly stepped back into the lift.

Remy looked up at Petrov with hopeful eyes, only to glare at the lift doors as they closed on the engineer.

“Engineering.” He called out as the doors slid closed.

“Merde de poulet,” the Captain replied under his breath.

As he stepped back into Engineering he grabbed a NE. “Seal the door. No one comes in or out. Place air system in Engineering to highest filter protocols and recirculate the air in here at the highest possible rate. Biohazard contaminate protocol, local to Engineering. “

The NE looked at him dubiously and a little scard.

“Do it!” He yelled. This had the intended effect.

“Listen up Engineering. We are on biohazard lock down. No one leaves or enters here without my express consent. ” He ordered.

He then began to find ways to lock out Engineering even from direct commands from the XO and CO, which were the only two who could override his access. The COS maybe but that was not a concern right now given her situation.

Petrov CE

It certainly hadn’t escaped her attention that the CE had yet to come by for the eval she had promised each of the senior staff would receive, and while this was hardly the time for it, Ayla made a mental note about Petrov’s reaction for their later discussion.
