Monroe always hated Gamma shift, or the night shift or as some of the crew called it, ‘the boring shift’. Nothing ever happened. He was one of the duty security officers on the bridge and like usual the lights had been dimmed to give off the atmospheric feeling of night, that and something had been playing foul to the engineering subsystems all shift meaning one minute the bridge was as cold as Andoria and then next as hot as Kronos. That he supposed was at least something, if only annoying. At least he thought with the ‘holiday season soon approaching there would be some parties to attend to and some well-earned downtime.

What Monroe didn’t know was something far more… odd was about to happen…

OOC: Hello all, I wanted to throw up a fun Side-Sim away from the current one to reflect the holiday season. I am aware not everyone here may celebrate Christmas and so I opted for a slightly different scheme and one I’ve always wanted to try. It will be short and slow to keep us ticking over the holidays and new Year so feel free to take part as main characters or NEs.
