Dai’mon Zerbo was the Finance Director of Oed V and Caitlyn had been directed to speak with him about financial assistance for the House sanctuary. The thing was she didn’t know anything about Ferengi and she had been told that one really needed to be on their toes and have good business sense. Caitlyn had taken business courses in school of course, in preparation of owning her own restaurant, but she was by no means expert or experienced. She’d never had to use those skills. They were also financially independent.

She sent a letter to his office and not him directly politely stating she had been directed to seek out the finance office in relation to an outreach program that they were wanting to open once they arrived and settled on Oed.
