After receiving the call from Captain Dasca, Jonathan pushed the Complex to a soft yellow alert and began making calls.

They were keeping this under wraps until the Tower was ready to make an announcement or till when it became public knowledge. As much as he was sure the Tower wished that it was them that broke the news, things could happen. But Captain McBride called each member of his senior staff, letting each know the situation: Ambassador Mathis’ attaché, Dashiel Jones was found dead this morning and the Oed Police were involved. That’s all he knew, and that’s all that he would convey. He also told them that once the news was released, the Complex would move to a full yellow alert and to expect to have a meeting soon after.

Captain McBride, Starfleet CO

Tannenn answered the call and her expression showed surprised and filtered to shock and then grave understanding as Captain McBride told her the details of the death of Dashiel Jones, Ambassador Mathis’ attache. She quietly offered to help in anyway she could if the Oed police wished in additional assistance.

Tiberius knew the call from the Captain would be coming. He had already been briefed on what was going on. He was just waiting to hear about the meeting he knew would come about from this. He was just waiting on the command.

Fayth had received the comm from Cpt McBride and assured him that medical would be ready for whatever needed to be done. She simply assured him that if SFMedical was needed to assist that she and her staff would be available. Otherwise she would leave that in the hands of the very capable medical examiner on staff at Sacred Heart. Less than an hour later she sent McBride a brief message that she had been requested to attend Cpt Dasca as she was ill. She had no idea if the events were related, but she wanted McBride to know sooner rather than later that something had happened.
