Hannah stilled a quizzical expression crossing her face. “Oh.” She smiled slightly. She didn’t talk about it much because she still was trying to wrap her head around it. It wasn’t like her to avoid things because it was easier though, “Yes I am. I suppose. I never know what will make me queasy these days. The baby can’t make up its mind.”
Hannah
Understanding bloomed across his face. “Ahh, that it could. Double-edged sword. Swimming is a fantastic exercise but only if the motion feels good to you. How do you find it with climbing?” He asked reaching for his water and taking a swig.

“No problems there. Of course if the kiddo tried to take that away, it might have to vacate the premises.” Hannah grinned, totally joking about it. “I thought since it is swimming maybe I could too. No such luck.” Hannah used the towel to dry her arms as goose bumps raced down her arms. “Ugh and cold. All. The. Time.”
Hannah
He gave an empathetic smile. “I’d suggest the hot tub but if I remember those are out. But is a sauna okay? I know we can lower the temp if we need to, but I haven’t a clue if it would still be alright.”

Hannah shook her head, “Both are out. Both for the heat, but a sauna because it can make you very dehydrated. And if I get dehydrated again, I’m going to be in trouble with a whole lot of people.” She reached into her bag, “Which reminds me,” and pulled out her own water bottle and drank a good portion of it. “The way my mom tells it she was always hot, couldn’t get cooled off enough. That’s one thing I learned in medicine though, no matter how much we catalogue symptoms and side-effects, nothing is ever 100% consistent.”
Hannah
He grinned. “Everyone is always a little different. If only people could be more predictable, right?” Cort laughed a little.
“Well, I think your advice about some heat is a good suggestion, so I should probably do that. I thought about doing some a few easy lengths but honestly, after warming up and two sets I’m about done. Are you heading out?”
~Cort Belanger
Hannah nodded, “I thought I would do more laps, but I think I’d best stop while I’m ahead.” She shouldered the small bag and draped the towel around herself. “The food court has a really great smoothie stand. I might grab one.” Hannah shook her head, “This place is a bit over the top in amenities, but the view is great.”
Hannah
“I’m just grateful they let the neighbouring buildings use the facilities. I don’t mind going to the Recreation Centre but this is closer and easier to sneak in a workout before or after work,” Cort said.
He took off the swim cap and shook it out before he looked back at her. “Well, I’m going to hit the sauna. It was lovely seeing you again, Hannah. I look forward to the climbing.”
~Cort Belanger
“Well it certainly wouldn’t be used as much if they didn’t.” Hannah gave a wave, “Good luck with your training, Cort. See you later.” Hannah headed for the locker room and then after, the lift up to the penthouse.
