Serik had only just arrived on OED V. His first task was to meet the governor, with whom he would likely be working with closely in the upcoming weeks.

Now, why was this? Well see, Serik was trained as an urban planner and architect and the entire decision process as to what he could and could not do would be within the governor’s hands. He didn’t the name of this character. Even whether it was a he, a she or anything else not previously mentioned.

That being said, as he docked in the space port, he immediately requested the welcoming party put him in contact with the governor’s office to request an audience.
