Rana had seemed to have had an epic ride to the Merrimac. Stored back in back of all sorts of things as if he were a carton of eggs. He now though thanked the pilots and wished them a good day. He then loaded all his clothing and other goods onto an antigrav sledge that he’d purchased. For he had found out early that he liked his comforts more than to stuff them all in a bag. He then took all his belonging and found his cabin easily, for this wasn’t his first time on such a vessel. He looked at himself in a mirror and pulled on his new uniform and brushed the sleeves, making sure that both his uniform and he were perfect. His honey colored face had been scrubbed clean, and his thick black hair was combed straight back He knew that he should go to get cleared by the ships physician first but he had read the orders for the current mission, and he wanted to have everything clear with his CO. Walking across the bridge that first time always bothered him and often embarrassed him. Just come out of the lift a stranger and walk to the CO’s door and buzz it as he did now.

Thalos had arrived on the shuttle with the XO, they didn’t really speak as Thalos was in deep contemplation about the assignment ahead, he saw the XO get all his stuff stowed away , he mentally shook his head , he didn’t think he would ever understand the need Humans had for material things then he pushed the thought aside and checked his things, he had very little as he was man that didn’t have want for material things , the most important thing was his Ushaan-tor of which he was a master at using even earning the Ice Blade of Valor commendation, it was the only thing he had from his time in the Imperial guard which he spent almost 15 years in until a shuttle crash killed his entire team of which he was the only survivor.

He had heard that the XO was heading to see the Captain so he decided to head for sickbay rather than wait outside the Captain’s office for the XO to finish, he handed his stuff to NE Packhorse whom would see it safely to his quarters, he gave instructions to make sure his Ushaan-tor made it with no ill tidings, otherwise he would rain hell fire down on the Ensign, with that he left the shuttle bay and head for sickbay.
