Hello everybody.

Wow, there’s a lot of dust on this desk. I guess that’s what happens when you don’t use it for the better part of checks notes two months. Hoo boy.

So, sorry for the disappearance. I could say it’s because I was swamped at work, or got in a car accident, or fell off my roof, but in truth, it’s because I simply burned out a little.

While normally I RP on the weekends (and weekdays when I have a few spare minutes at/after work), lately my weekends have been “open YouTube and watch World War II naval documentaries for 12 hours, sleep, repeat”, and even that was mentally exhausting.

Logging into my time system at work last week revealed why: I’ve maxed out on my ability to accrue PTO. Meaning I haven’t taken a day off (holidays included) since December.

So, I’m taking some PTO, and will hopefully be refreshed enough to get back into the swing of things. I think I’ve replied to the two threads I was involved in two months ago, but if I’ve missed something that needs my (or, well, Thomas’) attention, give me a poke.
