Unsure what could be inside, Security decided to transport the derelict cyro-pod to the Auxiliary Sickbay on Deck Four.

Once the swirling blue light of Europa’s transport beam completed it’s cycle the pod sat silently. It was of civilian make, a bare bones model designed to be mass produced and at a relatively low cost. Green stripes highlighted the dull chrome finish. There are two display panels. The largest at the foot of the pod, with a smaller second panel near the translucent ‘window’ on the lid. Both panels were dark, indicating the pods power grid was not operational.

There was also scuffs marks and abrasions engulfing the entire pod.

En Fayth had been in auxiliary sick bay cleaning and restocking when the transporter dropped the cyro-pod into the middle of the main medical bay. She raised a brow when security entered with it. =^=En Fayth to Dr. Zarath, Sir, I need you up on deck 4 in auxiliary sickbay. What appears to be a very old cyro-pod just showed up along with some security officers.=^=

The Pod had obviously been through quite a journey. There was very little power to it. Fayth checked the equipment and found a back up power pack to attach to it. She’d never worked with anything like this though, and wasn’t sure if the power pack would be compatible though. She flipped open a medical tricorder and took some preliminary scans until Dr. Zarath arrived.

Abrams had stepped into the med bay and observed the situation for a moment before she approached cautiously. “Do we have an occupant?” Cassidy asked, her question hopefully implying that she was curious to know their status as well. So far nothing seemed like an immediate hazard and the most danger was to anyone inside.

Sharah was still scanning the pod and didn’t have any answers yet. She removed the probe from the tricorder and tried to get a stronger reading.
