At the Captain’s orders the transporter room successfully brought aboard the escape pod. The pod was extremely cold and had a steam like evaporation pouring off of it. Anyone attempting to gain access to whomever was inside would need protection for their hands or need to wait a bit as the temperature difference equalized.
