Oh, spoke to soon, because at that very point, Jessie, the hypochondriac particle engineer came into sickbay, a padd in her hand.

“DOCTORS HELP,” Jessie said, shouting, “I’m going to die! I’ve got it! I was reading a journal and it says that I have the symptoms of reptithermapepita and I’m going to die, I don’t want to die, but I know I’m going to die, I ..” she began mumbling for a bit that noone could quite understand as she stumbled through sickbay, her eyes opened wide with fright.

She went to the biobed nearest to the window and furthest from the entry to sickbay and lay on it … “tell me the worst, Doc … how long have I got before reptithermapepita kills me?”
