Following his boarding physical and being told a new chief engineer would be appointed momentarily, Jova went down to Deck 12 and introduced himself to the senior Lt on duty. Assigned to a workstation, he ran a check of systems to make sure all was ok.

OOC: I did see there was a thread https://www.star-fleet.com/core/stf5/sentinel/posts/293104/ which had a call put into engineering and which referred to as ‘Main Sim’. Wasn’t sure if that’s still active or not … more than happy to adjust my arrival in Main Engineering to respond to that thread.
