Hey folks,

So I know some of you will have seen this but Dave has decided to step down from the CO position of the Sentinel.

Obviously this is a huge loss for us because it was their drive and imagination that gave life to the sentinel in the first place so we will always be thankful for that. And I’d like to take this opportunity to honestly thank them both. I’m hoping we can show them a huge amount of respect now by working together to help the ship continue.

Our FComm team, Geoff and Katy, are in discussions with a replacement command team but have asked me to keep things ticking over in the short interim.

With that in mind I am going to suggest that we pause the current sim and regroup slightly with the idea we have a new spec to say we are transitioning over to.

Rob can you please wave a GM magic wand for us?

With that said we’re putting a halt to the current sim and retroactively going back to Deep space K-5 just as we’re all reassigned to the independence class frigate Sentinel. So feel free to do your boardings there or hang out at the base for R&R. I’ll be starting up a little side sim group activity option shortly once I get dinner done.
