The Saracen sat quiet at Starbase 310, moored and squared away for the time being. It had been weeks since the crew made it back from the Farsinia system, while the senior staff underwent thorough debriefings, as well as reviews of the S.S. B’hari’s logs and data. And of course attending matters for surviving family and the like. The rest of the crew had filed their reports and then been issued shore leave, save for rotating light duties, like a small security compliment aboard.

Since then, the senior staff had been dismissed to some shore leave a week ago.

DaVinci was in the lounge of SB 310, discussing music with a few other Starfleet officers. “I’m telling you, the 1970-80’s had some of the greatest music that was ever created and will never be repeated again.”

He paused to listen to the currently playing song come to end. Shaking his head with a memory, he added, “More Than A Feelin. . . .by Boston. It doesn’t get any better than that!!”

“I thought Boston was a city on the east coast of the US?” asked an NPCCmdr.

The gathered officers, including DaVinci chuckled.

=^=Admiral Sinclair’s office to Captain Colter=^= The voice on the other end was feminine, pleasant, but professional. It still intruded into whatever activity Daniel Coulter was up to at that moment.

=^=This is Colter=^=, replied the Saracen’s CO.

=^=Admiral Sinclair requests your presence, his office, as soon as possible.=^=

=^=I’m on my way.=^= he replied.

Finishing his glass of apple juice, he informed the others, “Sorry gentlemen, but this seminar has reached its’ conclusion. If you’d like more information on classic rock, or glam rock of the 20th century, I’d be happy to share.”

Moments later, DaVinci stepped into the admiral’s office.

Speaking to the secretary at the desk, he introduced himself. “I’m Capatain Colter of the Saracen. The Admiral is expecting me.”

After being acknowledged, she led him to the inner office. The CO stepped up to the desk and saluted. “You asked to see me, sir?”
