Nicholas had held it off until the last minute; a day longer and he’d lose duty access. It wasn’t that he had anything against the Medical Department on the Saracen, Nick was just extremely busy getting his side of the field up to par after their encounter with the Cardassians.

The COS picked up the pace towards Sickbay and quickly straightened out the cuffs to his uniform as he stepped into the bay. There appeared to be a few nurses and techs around a patient on the far end bio bed, and other than a Doctor checking on a Crewman near by, the Sickbay appeared calm.

“What can I do for you,” Ally’s voice seemed to have come from no where and was directly behind him. There had been no reason for the security chief to think the doc was essentially going to pop out of no where like a damn jack in the box however there she was.
