Pawl kept quiet duing the barage of talk and banter between the other officers that were over lapping one another. When there was a free moment then he responded to them all. “Thank you for having me even though i feel ill prepared by the experence and proper attire.” Pawl said calmly to them all.” Nice to see you too doctor.”Pawl said with a straight face. Noticing all the new comers to the ship it was kinda overwhelming. New thought and ideas as he did his best not to pry into other new thoughts.
Lt Commander Pawl Batario - Engineering officer
“Pawl!,” Kastarak was almost exclaiming, and rose from his seat. “It’s agreeable to see you.”
– Kastarak
“Well Hello Doctor Nice to see you too.” Pawl said with a small smile.Lt Commander Pawl Batario - Engineering Officer
Q stood up with Kastarak, a little confused at the suddenness of the counselor’s greeting. Did crowds make him uncomfortable? Q put on a smile and offered his hand to the Lt. Cmdr. “Hello there,” He said, his British accent getting crisper in the formal setting, “I’m Lt. Q Dawson, Chief Weapons Officer. Just transferred. Did I hear the good doctor here say your name was Paul?”
-LT. Quentin Q Dawson (CWO)
Sitting the other side of Kastarak, Doctor Symar arched an eyebrow, he had not yet found the right moment to inform the rest of the crew of his true part-Romulan identity, so for now, he remained the stoic Vulcan persona he had donned since he joined Starfleet, “Lieutenant Dawson, I am yet to file your medical examination report, I trust you will be reporting to Sickbay as soon as possible?”
-Lieutenant Symar: Chief Medical Officer-
Symar was “over-Vulcanning” his Vulcanness. Kastarak gave his supervisor a telling glance, before taking another sip of the carbonated water.
– Ensign Kastarak
All of the food came out and was placed on the table which was enlarged to accommodate everyone. Chris stood. “Please. Everyone. A toast before we dig in. I want to thank you all for your hard work, dedication and bravery over the last couple of months with the Klingons. It was not easy and it was a wild ride. To the fantastic crew of the Chernov!” He raised his glass in salute to everyone there. “Now dig in and have fun!” After the toast was concluded he sat back down and grabbed his favorite, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn, with butter biscuits.

IC: PAwl stopped what he was doing as he felt like the room was off somehow. but could not put a finger on it As he scanned the room slowly. He shook it off and tried to focus on the festivities.
Lt Jg. Pawl Batario - Engineering Officer
Dawson was distracted from the Lt. Commander by a particularly stoic-looking Vulcan Lieutenant. “You must be the ship’s doctor. LT. Q Dawson.” Dawson said with a smile, “I was to be making my way shortly sir. I’d only just recently finished my psych eval with Ensign Kastarak here and then went to check in with the captain. But I’ll be sure to visit sick bay as soon as I’m able.” As he finished, the food was brought out. Dawson raised a glass to Taggert’s toast and then began to take samples of the various dishes to his plate.

William had been preoccupied with his work, in fact, he’d been stuck in his lab almost since returning to the Chernov after their mission to the Klingon Homeworld. It wasn’t that he’d had so much to do since returning but more that he’d just focused on his projects. Only his duties as Second Officer and occasional Bridge duties got him away from his lab. This was the first social event he’d been to for a good while. He just arrived to hear the Captains ’ toast. He grabbed a tall glass he noticed, not really caring for its contents.

Chris was eating and his personal Chef waved at him to get his attention. He then winked at Chris as that was their secret code. Chris winked back and then picked up the napkin and wiped his mouth off before placing it back onto the table and got up and went into the kitchen to look. He saw the platter with everything in order and whispered. “Once they are done eating the main course and waiting on dessert, then bring this out please.” The Chef nodded and Chris went back to the table and sat back down getting himself another helping of Meatloaf, mashed potato’s and gravy and some rolls.
