A short time later they were back in the lift again heading to deck 10 main engineering level. “See the Medical staff are the best in the fleet.” She smiled broadly at pawl. As she started her tour again as the lift stopped on deck 10 which was busy with activity. “This whole level is the main engineering Section level one. There are plenty of engineering workshops here. Along with tool storage lockers and or rooms.” As they made their way to the heart of engineering where the warp core was located. “She took a moment as she stopped to see if she could find the chief. At the same moment, he felt another presence of another betazoid here but was not going to probe for the individual. He looked around the area of the engineering section to try and get a better feel and layout of the area. “there she is!” as they both started walking towards the officer in question. Pawl pulled out the last padd he had got it ready for the officer. As Yeoman spoke again. “Good day chief? I have your new Officer with me this is Lt Jg Pawl Batario.” She finished. “I am reporting for duty sir!” as he handed the officer the padd with a small smile. As the Yeoman moved back out of the way for them to get acquainted. as she took a seat in the small waiting area nearby.

“Welcome aboard.” As she took the PaDD and said “Alright Lt. Welcome to engineering. I’m your Department Head. I’m Chief Engineer Sara Lovejoy. I’ll be your Department head of this department. I’ll show you where your station is at.: She said.

Hoping that was ok. “Please call me Pawl If you wish.” Hoping to be relaxed and more friendly to all he met and knew but he knew he still needed to be respectful to them to by adding ma’am or sir. he thought to himself as he felt the presence of another betazoid but he kept his mind in check. “Of course ma’am.” He hoped they were going to chat a bit before he started work and maybe get settled in but he pushed those thoughts back to the back of his mind as he followed her. As he started to place blocks up too.
