CNS checkin Commander King
There were so many things to get done on the first day of one’s arrival that sometimes things were overlooked. The mental evaluation, dreaded by most, enjoyed by some, endured by all, was not one that it was smart to let be one of those things. Wade straightened his uniform, glad to be able to be wearing it again, even if it was uncomfortable, bright red, and felt like a target on his back. It was good to be a real person again. His assets unfrozen, his access reinstated, all as it was before, and now he was more on guard, it would be harder to plant this type of evidence against him a second time. Wade had learned a valuable lesson while he was burned, there were very few people to trust in this life. Shaking his head Wade reached out and pressed the chime to make it known that he wanted to see the Counselor, and then he could really get about being back to work, and who he used to be.
