Mysteriously, as if someone had declared it so elsewhere the alert colour changed to red.

She looked up and saw the Red Alert going strong instead of the Yellow Alert she had set. This was curious, but before she could change it back....

Just as the color went from yellow, to red, over the general address system the cheery computer voice announced =/\= Attention Code Orange. Repeat, Code Orange. All emergency personnel are required to respond to their duty stations for briefing.=/\=

In the back of her mind, Duvosa seemed puzzled by this Code Orange. But she was just having so much fun playing croquet and spending time with Zoi that the thought seemed to pass from her mind.

Cutting the air again came another page: =/\=NE Obvious to Security and XO… We have an incident in the science lab. Seems the reported spill is in here. They must have spilled the good stuff cause, well, I think the chief is going to regret this in the morning.=/\=

Ooc: GM - I’m a bit confused as to how much these “desires” and alternate personas would take over their real ones. Do they still understand they are starfleet officers with duties and responsibilities, or are they completely overcome with these urges and character traits of the Alice characters they are meant to be?

OOC: That is up to you, really. In my mind you went full Wonderland but if you want to have Duvosa’s subconscious fight back, then by all means make it happen!

She sighed, looking at her mallet and then to Duvosa. She didn’t want to go off on some kind of duty assignment. Yet it did seem rather insistent a summons. Her mind worked the problem. She could do some real fun things from her duty station. She grinned slowly. “Why yes, Yo go check on the incident. I will go to the Starbase bridge and get their briefing.”
