Ana began nodding quickly in agreement before she caught herself. A small smile did make its way to one side of her firmly pressed lips. “I know what you mean,” she commented. Without giving him a chance to respond or comment on her agreement, she quickly continued to her next question. “Why did you decide to join Starfleet?”

Harry thought for a moment, following his conversation with Tressex he wasn’t really sure any more. “Um…my father encouraged me, he’s a lecturer at the academy…” he mumbled, still a little preoccupied with his earlier conversation.

Ensign Goodwin (Sci)

Ana gave Goodwin a dubious look. “Has he always been a lecturer at the Academy? Is that the only reason?” The ensign’s preoccupation was clear, even to her, but she chose to ignore it at the moment, pushing forward through her questions.

Darren, Psychiatrist

Harry thought for a moment. “He’s been there since I was a baby…he was a science officer before that but my mother wanted him around more when I was born…I wasn’t exactly the easiest child to deal with…” he recalled.
