After his medical exam, Harry headed back to his quarters, analysing what the doctor had said. As the doors slid shut he wandered over to the mirror and studied his wiry frame in the mirror. He unzipped his top and slipped it off then raised his arm as he checked out his muscles, or rather lack of, in the mirror. He poked at what could only be described as a small sprout of a bicep and sighed, perhaps the doctor was right, a bit of bulking up wouldn’t go amiss. Putting his top back on, he went and slumped on the sofa as he pondered it. He had no idea what kind of training program to use, he’d never been particularly sporty and knowing his luck he’d probably break something. As he thought, a little light bulb went off and he tapped his comm badge.
