Dira moved out of her seat and closer to Royal so they were looking at the same data. They debated the various aspects of each place and narrowed it down to three. The ultimate decision would be up to her, and Dira wanted to check a few things first. But their plan was in motion. “Alright, I think that’s about as much as we can do right now. Once those last key details are in place, I’ll let you both know and we can start the fun. Any last thoughts?”

“I’m sure there is a M class plannet in a nearby system that would serve our purposes…” Maria said as she looked thoughtful. “No I think that everything is set… let me know if we need to engineer some mishaps.” She chuckled softly and gave a warm smile. “I hope that this is exactly what the crew needs.” She says softly.

“We will need to coordinate with local governments and authorities, of course.” Sinclair said looking at the three places. “And for authenticity, perhaps we could ask them to send a distress call directly to us to request assistance. It would put everyone in the right mindset, I think.”

Dira nodded thoughtfully. There was definitely work to be done, but she felt like all of this was not only very much needed for the functioning of the ship, but for the crew as a whole. There had been so many changes that it would do them well to have to work together and learn how each other worked in different situations.

“Okay, that’s obviously my task once we get to it. But I like the loose plan we have. I think we can consider this meeting adjourned,” she said, rising to her feet. Not bad for a day that had started out with her having one of the ridiculous panic attacks. Talking with Maria had helped her find stability and for that she was grateful. It had been much easier to move on with her day. “And look at us being so productive so early in the morning,” she said with a smirk.
