I gave him the lowest clearance an ARU member would have, and left the reasons for decommissioning vague.

If there is an official IC explanation for decommissioning I’ll put that instead.

He participated in the recovery, containment and initial study of the anomoly designated as Weaver, and was present for the events resulting in the ship’s decommissioning. He holds an ARU Clearance Level of Alpha 2, and is still bound by classification and non-disclosure protocols.
