Hi All,

Since i’m the only JO on the ship 🙂 I’ll just do this here to set expectations clearly. If what I am saying does not apply to you then please assume I am not talking to you but should be aware and involved in the conversation.

I need you posting within the AWOL limits, if you are constantly AWOL please assess weather you want to be here. a little past the awol limit fine, but 3 and 4 times the limit suggests to me that you are too busy to post, or it’s not important enough for you too. I need each of you how are continually AWOL to consider your needs and wants. I need you to Step up, or Step aside for the health of the ship.

Understood, Cap’n! Just an FZI for everyone. I fell and did a number on my arm and back. I took an LOA so I have more time to post. However, I am still here, and up for threads.

I’ve been kind of waiting for us to get done with the main sim that we are doing and what not. Been thinking of doing a side sim for fun. But I haven’t thought of anything as of late. Plus the load I’ve also gotten as well. Posting will be slower for me as I am a CO on one ship and I am also Fleet Council Officer and Engineering Director so, it’ll take me some time.

Hi Gadi, Totally fine you and I have discussed that your posting will be limited while you heal.

Mr Hall Angel,

I first want to say thank you for serving the club, these are great thing. They do not, preclude you from posting within the AWOL limits. The ship is self sim, there are side sims, there is a main sim going on, you are the chief of operations which means you should be engaging with all departments on their progress and relaying status to the captain. Try to think about what your responsibilities are and act on them. If it would help I would be happy to make a post, and this goes for all positions, on what the job requirements are for each position. That said and as I mentioned in the initial post, please assess your ability to maintain the position you are in and self evaluate if you have time to maintain that position.
