It was possible the CO would be elsewhere by the time she got there, and that was fine. She’d find her one way or another. The iso chip the security officer was given would have already uploaded her biometrics, clearances, and complete record. Because of this, when the turbolift doors opened, Bethany stepped out onto the bridge, or from the looks of it, command center. She had already set the layout to memory and made no hesitation as she moved, without error to the door the led to the captain’s ready room. Bethany gave the bridge crew a once over, just to mess with them, and then pressed the chime on the CO’s door.
