USS Chimera
Morning Comes Early: Time for a run (anyone welcome)
Hammond’s eyes shot open he looked at the clock it was 4:OO am, he swung his legs over the bed stretched and looked over at Kilo, she was still laying on her bed but was wake and staring at him. “What do you say, girl, Ready for a nice run on the beach?” she shot out of her bed circled three time let out a single bark and then sat at his feat, he moved to the bathroom and turned on the light, he ran a quick tooth brush through his mouth and was out the door in his jogging cloths in under ten minutes. The two walked briskly down the hall, said hello to other officers as they went.
He open accessed the hollow deck. “Hammond, Miami Beach Alpha” he said and then entered, He was early yet he looked at his watch it was 4:45. He pulled out her favorite toy, a tennis ball he had rigged a little floater too. Kilo leaned forward anticipating the through, and with a flick of his wrist the ball was in the water and so was Kilo. The horizon had a soft glow but the sun was still a good 35 minutes before the sun would crest the horizon.
