: : : : : : : : Michail turned and looked at the rock with an enigmatic smile. “Oh what secrets you hold” he said his smile widening into a broad grin. He looked at a chronometer on his wrist. “Let the games begin,,,”

: : : : : : : Liam moved through the corridor to the Aboretum. His legs whipped out with precision and haste, bring him closer to the place he once found comfort. The questions over his situation poured into him as it drove him onwards. With each answer, more seemed to sprout in its place. At the back of his mind, the CSO couldn’t shake the feeling he was missing necessary data. Something critical that would make sense of this all.

: : : : : : : His figure edged through the door, with Jone likely hot on his heels. Abruptly he slowed to a stop at the stone’s location, his expression, and demeanor filled with caution over what scene he had just walked in on.

: : : : : :
: : : : : : “Right on time” Michail said with a flourishing hand that pointed directly to the stone in question. “I’m sure you have questions”. The ship rocked as it was hit by a damaging blast from the Counterstrike ship.

: : : : : Commander Chryst entered the Arboretum. His stride was off kilter, his line of movement, erratic. His body movements slightly spasmodic, and janky at best. The purple flashes of his cortex firing were almost a solid hue glowing on the surface of his head beneath his hair. The closer to the stone he got the more control he seemed to have, the more he seemed to calm, and settle back to the Android they expected him to be. Adam glanced at the science officers, as well, the Doctor, his wife, and one older gentleman that looked a bit like a professor. They were only missing Ginger, and the Howells. Abruptly the android burst into laughter, his heuristics processor finally having overloaded and cascaded into a failure. It was not a failure he could not fix, but it lead to an awkward half minute of inappropriate belly laughter from the Commander.

: : : : =/\=Attention all hands, this is the Captain speaking. All hands abandon ship. I repeat, abandon ship. This is not a drill. You have ten minutes.=/\= Michail, of course, would not be surprised by this announcement.

: : : : Fl. Captain Koraia, CO
: : :
: : : Michail knelt before the rock and took something from his pocket placing it on the rock’s surface. He turned to Commander Chryst and the CSO. With a determined look on his face that made him seem far older he spoke a simple sentence with a certain kind of gravitas.
: : :
: : : “Come with me if you want to live”.
: : :
: : : With one last wistful look at the arboretum he then headed at full speed for the nearest escape pod.

: : Dan looked at the CSO. “Well it’s time to go.” Dan then started running for an escape pod.

: The Executive Officer, nodded looked at what Mikhail had set down but knew they were not time to investigate it at the moment. The Captain had ordered the ship abandoned. Adam did not know why, but that order would not have come from the Captain unless it was meant. His steps were more sure then they had been before, and the light show had calmed quite a bit as Adam took non-essential processors off line. Adam was still battling with the giggles as he followed the others. Currently unable to take his heuristics and emotions processer offline as it was overloaded and already in a cascade failure, instead he rerouted the processes that he needed to avoid that for now, and dealt with the emotional tremors and earthquakes the processor provided him for now. Though muttered with an Austrian accent “Get to the chopper”

Michail smirked slightly at the Austrian accent but laid a hand on the Commander’s arm as he led the four of them to the nearest escape pods. There wasn’t much time left and what came next not even Dulmur and Lucsly knew…
