It felt good to be behind the console of a shuttle again. This girl was a beauty too, Kenny thought as he piloted the small craft in the space between the SS Anne and the SS Bonaventure. She reacted smoothly, was fast, and turning was a breeze. He grinned to himself as he piloted, then suddenly he turned a corner around the planet and there she was… The beautiful SS Bonaventure. It was good to be coming home. Three months without a dizzy spell or a headache meant he was cleared to go back.

Go back home to his ship… And his girlfriend. Kenny couldn’t wait to see the Look on Naomi’s face when he arrived! He’d asked for them not to notify her, so that he could give her a surprise arrival. He glanced down at the small box on the dash. He didn’t know if she’d accept. He didn’t know if he’d be able to work up the courage to offer! But it was worth a try, at least.

[O]Shuttle Endeavor to Bonaventure, requesting approach vector.[C] He sent the hail.

The pilot next to you laughing as you twist and turn. “Glad I’m not flying far with you. Your daredevil twists show what the ol’ girl can do. But that doesn’t mean my stomach likes it.” He laughed.
